Imagine if Iron Man came to be way back in the middle ages, instead of today. How different would the character be?
The year is 1432. Sir Anthony of Stark has been wounded in battle. A stray arrow has pierced his chest! On the verge of death, Sir Anthony uses his extensive knowledge, acquired from his extensive travels of the world to create a suit of armor to save his life. The armor does this by keeping an ancient remedy from deepest Peru on the wound. He outfits the armor with weapons from various different cultures, explosives from China, crossbows, blades, darts, and many more weapons. He decides to use his new armor to fight against all of the wrongdoers in the land.
He conquers many lands with his new armor, upgrading it along the way. His spoils of war become known as "The Stark Empire". He also meets Queen Potts, and proposes to her. They marry, and Queen Potts receives twelve percent of his empire. He also builds a massive tower, carving giant stone letters that spell "Stark" and mounting them on it.
He makes many allies, including a man who claims to be a god, and a poor man named Banner who harbors a dark secret. He also encounters a group of knights know as "The Shield", led by a man named Fury, who only has one eye.
His empire continues to expand over the years, and he also continues to improve upon his armor, adding new advancements and weaponry.
