Conspiracy Time!!!!!

Okay. So I was thinking, pretty much everyone knows "Elsa" from Disney's Frozen, and I'm willing to bet that most of you remember "Frozone" from the PIXAR movie The Incredibles, as well as "Iceman" from Marvel's X-Men franchise. Well, I was thinking, and it might seem crazy, but what if Elsa... Is a distant ancestor of Iceman and Frozone? Hold on! Before you dismiss me as a nut job and close the page, let me explain.

First off, the basic idea.
Elsa's powers actually stem from a genetic anomaly, a mutated gene that runs through her entire family but skips some generations, often staying latent, hence the lack of powers in Elsa's sister Anna and the rest of the Royal Family of Arendelle (The fictional location of Disney's Frozen). Eventually either Elsa or Anna have children, who would also have the gene, but the gene would most likely stay dormant for a few generations. The gene might show up again, active, a few times through the years, but nothing too big, travelling over to America, and manifesting actively in Bobby Drake (Iceman), and Lucius Best (Frozone).

How it could happen:
Elsa's sister Anna and her boyfriend Kristoff get married and move to America to get out of the spotlight. Anna and Kristoff have children, and Anna passes the mutant gene, still dormant, to them. Those children have children, and the gene travels, latent, through the generations.
The gene finally surfaces again, active once more, in young Bobby Drake, who went on to join the mutant super-team known as The X-Men. Meanwhile, another branch of the family passed the gene on through the generations, until it manifests, again, active, in Lucius Best, who uses his abilities to become the super powered Frozone! The one thing they all have in common, all of their powers are derived from one gene that first manifested in Arendelle.

Also... Disney, who owns the Frozen franchise, also own PIXAR, the makers of The Incredible, and Marvel Comics, the makers of X-Men. As Disney owns all three franchises, that gives the theory the possibility of becoming canon.

Boom. Mind. Blown.
